Dear all,
We are looking back on a great joint ICAS/AAS meeting in Honolulu. From the survey we held among the 5,000 participants it became clear that they were more than satisfied with the meeting. The nearly 800 panels offered a wide variety of topics and a lot of new contacts were established.
ICAS Publications Series
The ICAS Secretariat would like to invite you to submit papers presented in Honolulu for inclusion in its edited volumes series. The deadline is 31 August 2011. The deadline for book proposals based on panels held in Honolulu is 15 October 2011. Articles should not exceed 7,000 words including bibliography and notes. At this stage it is not yet necessary to include pictures, if any. For more information see: www.iias.nl/icas-publications-series
Note for publishers
The ICAS Book Prize is a biennial event. The IBP 2013 will be the fifth edition. In the next update you will be informed on how to submit books. You will be able to submit them once the sub-site for the IBP is operational. Most likely this will be by the end of the year once the Reading Committee has been formed.
